Aluminum Foil Woven Fabric
It is composed of special process combination of aluminum foil and PE braided cloth diameter. The latitude and longitude of the woven cloth is straight, the longitude and latitude are not bent, and there is no folding diameter. The aluminum foil surface is smooth, with no wrinkles. Otherwise, when compounding, there will be a "burst" phenomenon.
Aluminum foil and woven cloth are solid, not stratification, and do not contain any possible toxic chemicals. From top to bottom in turn set on the aluminum foil layer, flame retardant adhesive layer, flame retardant woven cloth layer, coating and aluminum foil layer. The upper and lower aluminum foil layer seamounts with a high purity aluminum foil with a content of 99%.
Flame retardant adhesive layer uses polyurethane compound glue added with calcium carbonate. Flame retardant braided cloth layer is made of low-pressure high-density polyethylene woven cloth. The coating is made of low-density polyethylene particles. The upper surface of the flame retardant woven cloth layer is composited by polyurethane composite glue and aluminum foil layer, and the lower surface of the flame retardant woven cloth layer is bonded to the lower aluminum foil layer by melting low density polyethylene particles. The aluminum foil woven cloth prepared by this method improves the flame retardant properties of the whole material without affecting the composite fastness and physical properties of the material, and meets the flame retardant, insulation, waterproofing, breathable, reflective and insulation requirements of domestic and foreign building insulation and special packaging materials.
The wide range of applications makes it easy to install in large-span buildings such as warehouses, factories, supermarkets, gymnasiums and container linings.
