, PE material: low density 0.954g/cm3, processing temperature of 120-136℃. High density 0.92g/cm3, processing temperature of 130-150℃. The product is soft, non-toxic and easy to stain, the tensile strength is similar to nylon, and the performance is superior.
, PP material: melting temperature is 164-170℃, thermal stability is good, decomposition temperature can reach more than 300℃, in the case of contact with oxygen 260℃ began to yellow deterioration, molding shrinkage of conventional 1-1.5%, and has anisotropy. Low temperature molding is easy to be warped or twisted due to molecular orientation, density is 0.91, folding performance is good, resin particles have waxy texture, the average water absorption is less than 0.02%, so generally do not make drying treatment when forming. If the water content is too high, it can be dried at about 80℃ for 1-2 hours. When forming, its flow performance is sensitive to temperature and shear rate.
, PA6 material: commonly known as mono-six nylon, melting point of 215-221℃, the product begins to decompose at 310℃, drying temperature of 90-100℃, drying process takes 5-6 hours.
, PA66 material: commonly known as double six nylon, melting point of 260-265℃, 310℃ or so began to decompose, drying process and nylon 66 the same. PA resin temperature is too high to cause material discoloration yellow, PA resin is generally white translucent or opaque particles, molding need to control the nozzle temperature or the use of self-lock or nozzle to prevent salivation.
5. ABS plastic is a terpolymer formed by grafting copolymerization of three monomer components. Molding temperature is generally above 160℃, 250℃ or so began to yellow color, 270℃ or more began to decompose. Resin is generally light ivory opaque particles, drying temperature of 80-85℃. The drying time should be 2-4 hours.
