LDPE
Colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic thermoplastic crystalline (crystallinity 55%~65%) polymer, melting point to 105~126℃. Non-polar plastic shake, easy with static electricity, its volume resistivity up to 1016 Ω · cm, excellent electric end edge, low surface energy, surface tension is 3.1 ×10-4 N/ cm. Corona treatment should be carried out in advance before printing and painting to improve the surface. Good transparency, good cold resistance, embrittlement temperature of -80~-55℃. It has good heat sealing property and is a good inner sealing material for composite film. It has good moisture resistance and air permeability. It is a good packaging material for dry food.
HDPE
HDPE has good cold resistance; Colorless, odorless and non-toxic; Low surface energy and good moisture resistance. HDPE has strong toughness and strength. The material appears translucent.
MDPE
MDPE is medium density polyethylene, its density is 0.925~o.94g/cm3, its performance is between LPE and EPE. With the increase of density, crystallinity, mechanical properties and melting point of polyethylene increase.
LLDPE
Line low density polyethylene, the density is within the low density range of 0.914-0.931g/ cmi. It has the performance of ionic polymer, even if there is oil and dust on the surface, it can still heat seal the bag to prevent leakage of packaged goods. LLDPE is more viscoelastic than other PE, which is the main material for wrapping film.
VLDPE
Very low density polyethylene, high impact strength at low temperature, is an excellent packaging heat sealing material.
UHMWPE
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, melt index is almost zero, even when molten does not flow. Therefore, its molding can only use the powder metallurgy method - sintering molding method. With outstanding wear resistance, excellent sound insulation, low temperature impact resistance and excellent insulation performance, high temperature creep resistance, excellent chemical resistance, environmental cracking resistance up to 2000h.
mPE
Metallocene polyethylene, polyethylene produced by using metallocene as polymerization catalyst. It has good thermal sealing property of inclusion, excellent transparency and high melt viscosity. The product is easier to form than LLDPE.
