Chemical crosslinked polyethylene foamed cotton is made of low density polyethylene resin with crosslinking agent and foaming agent after continuous foaming at high temperature. It is an ideal material for heat preservation of automobiles and air conditioners. In recent years, it has developed rapidly in the sports and leisure goods market, such as surfboard, waterproof mat, yoga mat and so on. It is also widely used in building flame retardant materials. XPE is formed by horizontal foaming furnace, and the main production mode is granulation - extrusion - pressing - foaming - winding.
XPE chemical foam features:
1. Buffering - semi-rigid foam body, uniform density, strong impact also does not lose the original performance, used for precision instruments, semiconductor packaging and other fields. And for the production of sports protective equipment and leisure goods.
2. Molding - heat resistance, good ductility, can be used for sports protection leisure goods production field, automotive hot pressure roof interior decoration, footwear materials and other aspects.
3. Sound absorption -- with sound absorption and noise reduction function, suitable for aircraft, railway vehicles, automobiles, motors and other strong noise equipment and sound absorption and sound insulation materials in the environment.
4. Insulation -- independent bubble structure, can effectively reduce the exchange caused by air convection, suitable for the production of insulation pipe, insulation board. And both anti-condensation, so that it is suitable for refrigerators, air conditioning and cold storage and other humid environment insulation materials.
